We act only as a technology platform and booking facilitator — not as an owner, operator, or manager of any venue or event.
All venue services, conduct, safety, and experiences are the sole responsibility of the respective vendors.

From Users:
Name, phone, email, gender, date of birth
Government ID for verification
Profile photo and preferences
Location & device data
Booking history and interactions
Chat & communication logs
Safety & behavior monitoring data
From Vendors:
Business and license details
Owner KYC (PAN/GST/ID proof)
Bank details for payouts
Venue details & staff information (if provided)
Identity & age verification (18+ only)
Platform safety and verified community
Booking and matchmaking between users and venues
Payment processing
Fraud prevention
Compliance with Indian regulations
Obsydian Club is only a facilitator.
All venue services, conduct, safety, hospitality, pricing, entry rules, and experiences are entirely vendor responsibilities.
Any disputes, misconduct, harassment, safety issues, entry denial, cancellations, or damages at venues are between the user and vendor.
Obsydian Club bears no liability for such matters but may assist in communication.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Obsydian Club does not store card or UPI details.
Refunds and cancellations follow vendor policies.
By onboarding, vendors agree that they:
Are legally responsible for guest safety, environment, and conduct.
Hold valid operating licenses.
Are liable for any incident, violation, or dispute.
Understand that Obsydian Club is a facilitator, not a service provider.
By using the platform, users consent to:
Data collection & verification.
Vendor’s independent responsibility for services.
Users may:
Request access, correction, or deletion of data.
Withdraw consent and delete their account.

Encrypted storage and secure authentication.
Limited internal access control to protect privacy.
The platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically and will notify users of major changes.
