Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy — Obsydian Club Pvt. Ltd.

1. Booking Policy

  • All reservations are processed in real-time through the Obsydian Club platform.

  • Venues control final entry, including ID checks, capacity, and dress codes.

  • Users must carry a valid government-issued ID at the time of entry.

  • The platform only facilitates bookings; venue rules prevail at all times.


2. Cancellation Rules

  • User-initiated cancellations follow the individual venue’s cancellation policy displayed during booking.

  • No-show bookings (where the user fails to attend) are non-refundable.

  • If a venue cancels the booking due to operational or safety reasons, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refund eligibility depends on vendor confirmation and platform validation.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method used (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

  • Refund timeline: 5–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

  • The platform is not liable for delays caused by payment intermediaries.


4. Disputes

  • Users may raise refund or booking disputes by contacting support.

  • Obsydian Club will mediate but the final decision rests with the venue’s policy and evidence.

  • Repeated or fraudulent refund claims may lead to account suspension.


5. Payment Gateway

  • All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay or other approved gateways.

  • Obsydian Club does not store user card or UPI details.
