Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Avoid harassment, misuse, or unlawful activity on the platform.
Vendors are required to:
Maintain valid legal licenses.
Ensure venue safety, hygiene, and lawful conduct.
Honor all confirmed bookings and pricing.
Support user safety protocols as recommended by Obsydian Club.
Creating fake or misleading profiles.
Harassing or endangering others.
Misusing personal data.
Operating or promoting unlicensed or illegal venues/events.
Bookings are subject to venue approval and rules.
Entry requirements (dress code, ID checks, etc.) are defined by the venue.
Obsydian Club is not responsible for entry denials or rule enforcement.
While Obsydian Club promotes verified and safe nightlife, it is not liable for:
Incidents, misconduct, or disputes at venues.
User conflicts or accidents.
Alcohol or substance-related issues.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, misuse, or unlawful activities.
All disputes are governed by Indian Law, under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
